STARTED !!!!!!
I’ve just spent the last three hours animating together my first 17 seconds of Sensations of the Seasons. My back hurts and my brain is saw, but when you watch the footage back – it all seems worth it.
I was animating a short sequence of Unzi (the crazy character in the stills above) playing his massive organ. It’s wonderful seeing him come alive … and ACTUALLY PLAYING THE ORGAN! I’ll never get tired of animating.. especially when I get a buzz out of it like I have today.

Found this … David Lynch’s contribution to Lumiere and Company. A 1995 movie collecting a wide range of directors, each making a short film using the Lumiere brothers 1890 hand cranked camera. Each having to be under 52 seconds in length and with no synchronised sound.
HERE’s Davie’s contribution. It’s marvellous stuff.
